Hello Spartan Fans!

Time to catch up this week on whats been happening with your lady Spartans.

AU has been very busy these past couple weeks. This past week Aurora had 3 games. On Oct. 6th they traveled to Augustana College for a non-conference match up. Augustana was ranked above Aurora in the region. Aurora and Augustana battled for 110 minutes, but ended in a 1-1 tie.

On Oct. 11th the Spartans traveled to Concordia Wisconsin for an important conference game. At the time both teams were tied for first with an undefeated record in conference. The Spartans held a 2-0 lead most of the second half when Concordia Wisconsin scored with 1 minute left, but Aurora ended up holding on for a 2-1 victory.

The Spartans hosted MSOE on Oct. 14th. With bad weather conditions Aurora came out with a 3-0 win over MSOE. The Spartans are now currentl 11-3-1 and 7-0 in conference.

Their next game will be Friday Oct. 17th, at 2:00pm on Vago Field where the Spartans will honor the 6 seniors.
